The reason behind my post was that I read Luke wrote the tune "Hell On Wheels" that was used in the movie.

Cheech and Chong
Hey guys,
I did NOT write that tune BUt I did play all the guitar wanking that Tommy was playing in the music store. The humour started in the studio when we were SUPPOSED to play a legit tune David Foster had written and it got dumped. I had just gotten the Floyd Rose, #3 I believe, and Cheech and Tommy thought it was hysterical. I was throwing my guitar around the room to show that it stayed in tune and they wanteds to record some of it and they wrote the scene around me playing terrible ON PURPOSE! haaha
When I went to see the move "Cheech and Chongs Next movie" I was laughing when I saw what they had done and then at the end I got a special credit "Guitar solo's Steve Lukather". hahaha The thing is they put me on the list to get paid writers and I made a small fortune and I am still getting checks to this day for smoking some "interesting ciggarettes" and laughing my a** off. hahaha
They are still friends, espcailly Cheech but Tommy directed 2 Toto videos in the 80's.

I JUST got back from Romania playing with crazy gypsy musicians with Greg Bissonette and Nate East and Fri night in Philly I am jammin with Rascal Flatts doing a tune of mine and there new hit single.
Never dull around here.
