You know, the more I look at that pic, the more I realize that Lucious isn't really dressed well enough to be playing that guitar - he needs to put on some Dockers and a silk shirt to be worthy of that guitar...

:D

Ha ha ha..

Actually thisis a GORGEOUS axe! It has a more solid midrange sound to it than the old guitars. Biff has the details as I am NO a tech head at all! Surprise. hahaha.
I spoke to Sterling and I believe the blue that you photo shopped in may become a reality and they will be out for y'all to buy. This is the first one and I love the way it plays and feels and looks! I am using it on a movie date today so I can further get into it.
By the way.. the writing on my arm is my childrens names Trevopr and Cristina forever.
I did that when they were like 3 and 5 years old on a Mezcal bender at Edward James Olmos' house in 1991 or something like that. hahahaha Life...
Hey, they will ALWAYS be my kids! NEVER get a girls name tattooed on. Instant death of a relationship and a mess to get off. hahaha
have a good one

you're right, kids are everything. I am not a parent yet, but I've got this feeling too, all parents I guess.

This Luke looks great in the concert pics, and if it does make it into production it'll be real interesting to hear the tone. I like the idea of a blue one with a top like that - just hope for my bank account's sake that they're not out too soon! :D

Luke,

That's a very cool tattoo. I have pictures of both of my sons along with their names and birth dates tattooed on either side of my chest. My one son is three and the other is 7 months.

Any chance you will be in Vegas on Sept. 29th? Jeff Beck is playing at the House of Blues.

Wow! will the new Luke replace the Luke II or will it be an additional option?

My father-in-law has a picture of his three kids tatooed on the chest (left side). I'm not really into tatoos but I thought it was pretty cool...

Cheers!

Sorry..

ABOUT MY SPELLING! hahaha i never spell check. Too lazy and I type too fast.
I DID spell my kids names RIGHT! hahahah
I BELIEVE ( biff tell me I am wrong?) That the flame top is a high end version of the LUKE and will be another option available once Biff says GO! I have already given MY thumbs up!!. Man, I played it straight thru a Marshall JCM , no EFX, just a cable LUKE and 4/12. ( I do NOT mean to speak in the 3rd person.. but its what it is haha) It has the resonance of an old Les Paul but the FEEL of what *I* love the most about the Music mans. I am still just breakin it in and it will be in texas with me and Biff baby's for all who wanna play it. Wait till you see the birds eye maple neck!!! It is the KIND!!
I am off to learn a few tunes for the benefit concert I am doin with Joe Satriani and Steve Vai Sept 30th at the House o Blues LA. I think Paul Gilbert and Scott Henderson are gonna jam as well. I have no idea why they invited me. Must be they need a senior to represent. hahaha Those guys are VERY dear friends and I am honored to be there. You can check out Joe's site for more info.
have a nice day guys and dig ya tommorow if I can..

Luke, where were you 5 years ago when I needed you??? I had my (ex) wifes name done on my arm...Kiss o' death! I did have it changed...It used to say Lisa...Now it says USA. Now, the only real people represented in ink are my son, and Mom.
