Luke uses fender 358 Jazz Picks in "Heavy". You can go to musiciansfriend and search for "Fender Jazz Pick" and its the first one to come up.

No, they are smaller than Dunlop Jazz 3 and have a rounder tip. Actually, as far as i can see, Luke is ordering his picks from D'Andrea (Custom Celluloid 358, click on the link on this page).

I've been using these 358 picks for years and find them just as hard to get. Fender 358s are all but impossible to find online or in any stores. (Last time I did, I ordered twelve dozen heavy and got 6 dozen heavy and six dozen medium labelled as heavy). Most recently I've used Steve Clayton Acetal 358s but, while great picks, are softer than celluloid (the mandolin rips them to shreds) and they don't sound quite as bright as I'd like. I'm about to put a custom order in with Clayton for Ultem 358s (which should be great for what I want guitar wise and mandolin players love 'em too, or so I told). It'll actually work out cheaper for me to do it through Clayton than to order them online through anybody else who will ship them to France (not that many actually, stringsdirect.co.uk being then only one I've come up with).
