Looks like a limited run of 40 for Japan.

Can't be certain but it looks like NOS EBMM Floyd as well as neck. I wonder if these are the original Luke I EMG pickups as well?

That was a Limited Edition in 2012. Came in Blue and Red like the Original Luke I

It wasn't exclusive to Japan either. Maybe the Seller is trying to make it look more intriguing.
