Hello everyone!
I wonder what is the difference between guitar with HH and HSS, in terms of "sound".
I Luke 3 has the HSS version, but I wonder if the sound changes a lot with the HH?
And I am very satisfied, this guitar is a gem.
Thank you very much.

Hard to describe really, but with HH, you're not going to get the really stratty "quack" sounds in the parallel positions, though you'll get a good approximation. You'll also have a beefier, more middy neck sound rather than the more even, glassy sound you'd get from a single coil in the neck.

I'm sure they're both great. All boils down to what you prefer.

I tried both at the dallas guitar show and ended up leaving with the HSS. It had more tonal options and the preamp balances out the typical single coil volume drop that other guitars have which to me just made it perfect for any style I want to play. It has become my favorite out of all four of my EBMM guitars because it can do everything.
