Help! Luke 3 lack of pickup response

Hi i am a recent owner of a new luke 3, 3 pickup version guitar, i realise the pickups are not adjustable but i find the response to the B & E strings to be very low in tone & volume on the tremolo pickup especially when soloing above the 12th fret in comparison to the remaining strings. the guitar action is good & strings are set as low as possible on the tremolo,

Is there anything that can be done to over come this, its a fantastic guitar but this issue is now starting mar my investment

Hello. Several things come to mind:
1: Adjust pickup pole pieces for those strings as they may be too low...
2. Make sure your battery in the L3 is fresh...
3. Are the strings on the E&B strings sitting properly over the saddle as this could cause a loss in volume/tone.
Then there is always giving Music Man CS a call as these guys are great and may have other suggestions.
