Just saw Luke will be playing coach house in san juan capistrano ca on Friday Sept 16.
So consider this very advance notice. I'm gonna hit this one and stay at the dana point marina inn (about 2 miles from venue) on the harbor of dana point for about $80 /night 949-496-1203.
This isnt on lukes website yet but it is on the venues website.

Anyone else gonna try and go?

Yeah. Absolute gem of an album. Literally one of my faves of the last 20 years. Can't wait to see him play them live. the 4th cut DON'T SAY ITS OVER is Lukes KASHMIR imho. Just wails emotion.

I caught Luke with Toxic Monkey at the Blue Note in NYC. A really fun gig and I got to meet the man before the show - he was just hanging out by the green room. What a genuinely nice, laid back cat. Catch him if you can!

OK Kids Luke is on fire in every aspect of his career and personal life...He has never been this good Do not miss him if he comes to your area

BP, you're right! I am lucky enough I have seen him twice in the last 7 months and I am about to see him again with Toto in a month. Luke's in such a GREAT shape, really enjoyed seeing him live. And the True Gold is awesome :)

You can see that from his interviews, he shows such passion for whatever he does, he always has, but you can see something has changed in him, for the better, and that's great to see. It's sounds like he's had a rough couple of years, and he's come through it stronger than ever.

Was lucky enough to see him at his birthday bash at the Roxy a few years back. A night I will never forget! Seeing one of my heroes on stage playing all of my favorite songs was unreal.

Photos of that gig here:

Hope he comes to Hawaii for a gig one day... or maybe I'll be lucky and he'll play a gig in October when I'm up there again...

Luke is the most down to earth guy I've ever come across, really strong album

Definitely. Managed to meet him and catch his show in the UK last year. Real funny and down to earth guy. If any of you are heading to one of his shows this year, you should definitely go for the VIP tickets.

I remeber seeing Steve years back in NYC at BB Kings with El Grupo. That was a great show! He did 2 sets in a row, and they really had fun just improvising over bunch of covers and he was really going for it. I remember him saying that he would not be able to get away with that s**t in Toto hehehe.
