Luke demo DiMarzio pick ups and MMan Guitars

I haven't tried them...., however, I do have Gas for a Luke III after watching this.....He is one of my favorites.......

As ever he sounds wonderful. The tone here is so rich and full, as good as I've ever heard. Whatever configuration he plays he seems to maximise its potential. Probably the best tone I think is possible from a guitar. I've been replaying this since I first heard it trying to work out how he gets that phrasing and space between notes. Stunning.

Such a monster player. Got a chance to play an HH Luke III at a GC in Nashville, loved the guitar & the olive finish looked so good in person. Unfortunately, I did not sound as good as he does in this video

I have the L3 models with HH and the HSS pickup configurations and love both of them. If I remember looking in the control cavity of the guitar, the pot was 25k and it has the active preamp so I wonder how these pickups would sound with 500k pots? I am hoping that the L3 gets released with the roasted neck like he is playing in the video...

Just found that while trying to find info on Andy Timmons' pickups, wiring, etc. on the DiMarzio site. Luke is fantastic.
