I tried everything and the tremolo is ok setup but how can I make the G-string not getting higher after using the trem?

Sounds like it needs lubrication on the nut, and possibly the bridge saddle. Also make sure that the tremolo posts are lubricated where they meet the bridge plate.

What gauge of strings are you using?

👆What he said. The G string is very sensitive to going out of tune. Lubrication is your friend.

(Except perhaps the trem posts, I don't think that's necessary. It can't hurt at all but don't worry if you can't immediately do that).
