Could anyone please help me with the D.O.B of Luke II serial no 16767. I have just bought it used yesterday.

Well, didn't want to start a thread for this, but now that it already exists... :D
My Luke's S/N is G12113 ... jongitarz, would you be so kind...? ;)

Thanks a lot - also to Steve ;)

By the way - my Luke doesn't have any graphite shielding sprayed in its electronics cavity. It doesn't really bother me, for I do think those active EMGs won't need shielding anyway - but I think it's interesting, 'cause other Luke owners told me about graphite sprayed in their Lukes.
So did the shielding guy have his day off then? If not, give that lazy dog a hefty kick in the balls, just as a matter of principle :D

Wow.. bump a thread one time and you get a reputation around here! ;)

Well, Banger, there's no need to thank anyone but El Jardinero for the fast lookup.

Thanks Jongitarz, as pointed out that is a heavy date, one that I will not forget in a hurry, for all the wrong reasons. But thanks again.

Setting up guitars for stars one minute, and little old me the next! In what other company would you see this happen, not too many I would think! Thanks for taking the time Jonigitarz, I feel priveleged to have had you work on my guitar.

What are you, out of ataboys?

Cause I'd just assume have one of those instead.

Ataboys are passed out for jobs well done. Going that extra mile to be a team player. All you did was bring joy and happiness to my life by just being you. For that you get only Love.

Did that sound anywhere near sincere?

What's this thread about anyway?

Unfortunately, joy and happiness left.

I think resentment and fatigue are still hanging around here somewhere.

I'll go check. Plus, it'll give hemmoroid and belly over belt some well deserved time off.

PS I think this thread was about Jon getting an "ataboy"!
