Luke II ???

Forgive my ignorance. What is the LUKE II ? I seem to recall seeing a LUKE II somewhere. What is the story on this model. Thanks.

It was released in about 1997/98 after the Luke I in 93. The Luke II is the standard Luke these days, the old one had a floyd and no tone knob, and slightly different pickups apparently.

And some have said the Luke I has a darker thicker tone as I recall
