Luke III boost on Luke II?

Hi,

I am new here and I've been reading lots of interesting stuff on MM guitars.
A couple of weeks ago I bought a Luke II and I'm very happy with it.
The Luke III has a 12dB boost which is something I like to have in my Luke II.
Is it possible to install the boost function in the Luke II?

Sounds interesting-supposed to be just "nah way", but goes like "not possible AT THIS TIME".
So,when time comes I have my Luke ready !

Welcome and well that would be a cool mod, may have to figure out how to do it! BTW no pics no Luke so post a pic!!

Both guitars are fantastic. You could look at a boost pedal too, like a Xotic EP Boost

Have a look at the EMG website as there are lots of interesting add ons which include the AB.This can be fitted instead of the normal tone control and has a sweepable gain up to a useful 20 db.
