Forgive me if this has been covered alreadly; I did a search, but did not discover this topic among the results.
If I read it correctly, the second year Luke III's (with the roasted maple necks) have had the pot with the boost moved from the tone to the volume position, at the request of Luke himself.
On my first year Luke III, the boost is on the tone pot. I would also prefer the boost to be close at hand, on the volume pot - I've found it troublesome to access on the fly onstage, where I have to work around the trem arm to activate or deactivate the boost.
Here's my question: Can the two pots simply be swapped? If not, how else could I get the boost moved to the volume pot position?
Thanks,
Kane
