Is it possible by paying a supplement, to ask for certain modifications on a Luke III ?

For example a Luke III HH with a finish True Gold with a rosewood neck.

I tried that with a Silhouette at Cosmo Music in Toronto and was told - no dice, they only come in with the options on the website.

No, you can't order custom options- just what's available for a given model.
