Luke III EMG pickup height photo?

Would anybody be willing to provide a photo of a Luke III with EMG pickups with strings barred at the last fret from the side so that I can compare it to an EMG Luke SL20 set that I have? Just wondering how close Music Man sets these pickups to the strings straight from the factory.

I don’t think Luke IIIs ever had EMGs. That would be Luke Is and IIs. Either way set them to what your ear tells you. EMG’s can be set very close to the strings without causing any magnet pull so keep them up without the string touching the tops of the pickups when you fret any of the strings on the highest fret possible on the gtr. Otherwise It’s easiest to just lower them all the way and bring each one up individually until all of the pickups kind of match in volume and then tweak from there.
