Luke III Replacement Volume Pot (UK)

Hi

I bought a Luke III last year through Thomann (DE) and have an issue with the volume pot.

Thomann recommend getting a price for a local repair here in UK, but I'm struggling to find a distributor who'll respond to my enquiries. Can anyone recommend a UK distributor/repair shop who they've had dealings of a similar kind with?

I'd even replace the part myself (25k Push/Push Potentiometer for Majesty (v2 Preamp), Luke III (v2 Preamp) and Jason Richardson Guitars) but I'm unable to buy direct via the website

Email MM directly (link in my signature). I've had the same issue not being able to buy parts to ship to Canada.

Well, so much for the fabled exceptional customer service. I've messaged via MM and EB website forms and emailed directly via [email protected] and have had no response.
There's a uk distributor (stringsandthings.co.uk) but they'll only deal with retailers and the only one responding to me states a 6 week lead time, which is excessive for an in-stock product.

I guess if you live in the US, your experience may different.

I'd be prepared to pay a US resident on this forum to purchase on my behalf and ship to me in the UK (assuming this doesn't land anyone in trouble)-
Any takers...?

They have since responded with a list of UK retailers who can source the part, so that's something...!
