i want to order one. I have 2 HSS balls, 07 Luke bfr tobacco burst and 09 silo special.
should be a no brainer to get the HH for a different flavour but the HSS has been so versatile and part of how i play.
I have had Les Paul HH guitars (5) and sold em all, like the Musicmans better . Decisions ... I do like the Olive Gold / rosewood look!

You're not being ignorant. You just need a question answered. It's short form for the pickup configuration.

HH = Humbucker, Humbucker
HSS = Humbucker, Single coil, Single coil

There are currently no plans for a BFR Luke III. This is not to say that it will never happen, its just not on the radar right now.

Body dimensions listed are the same as the Luke II.

Looks like it isn't 3% bigger.... or am I mistaken?

Awesome!! Definitely will have to try one of these once they're in stores.

I do hope more colors than Black and OG will be available, though... not a huge fan of either.

We currently have no plans for other colors. Its always possible that we'll offer more colors in the future though.
