This guitar was purshased from "the perfect guitar" shop ; I won't tell about the trem problem I had to fix by myself !

Sorry my friend to read that the guitar wasn't checked before the store sell it ????? and now you have to fix yourself this problem of pot ok for the trem it's not so difficult
who haven't do his job correctly ?

This guitar have a real mechanic problem. Not a tone problemHave yet to play one but have owned two guitars that had a db Boost and loved them both, never felt they sucked tone.

Look, you have to accept that not every guitar is perfect. What EBMM (and every other manufacturer) do to remedy this is to provide a warranty and dealer network to fix these problems.
Any new EBMM guitar you buy will be covered by a warranty in the country you buy it and will get fixed for free. The problem is, you bought it in the USA. If you send it back to the USA, they would fix it for free. If you've bought it from the US to save money, then you have circumvented the international dealer network that would have taken care of you.
Try the customer service folks, and I hope you get everything sorted out!
