Luke in Concert-----Finally

Made a weekend of it and just returned home from seeing Luke in concert as a special guest of Framptons Guitar Circus tour.

Finally was able to see the man live, saw Luke many, many years ago with Toto but never solo and only saw Toto that one time.

Luke was awesome, only disappointment his set was way too short!! He played the Sammy Davis Luke on Creep Motel and made a joking reference to Sterling on describing the meaning of the lyrics of Creep Motel.

Bottom line Luke is awesome and I hope to see him again. Lukes bass player is awesome playing what I think was a Stingray.

And Frampton rocked as well amazing show especially considering where it was. Framptons bass player also sported a fretless ray I beleive.

Anyways a few bad pics, only had my point and click, lighting made it hard.

Yep was there also... Can now say seen Luke Live. The combo of Bogner and Music Man really sound good live. Agree with short set, but the Casinos have a time curfew restriction. We were pretty close and FOH soundman had the low end cranked! The other couple that came with us (who had never heard of Luke) were impressed and had a great time!
Recommend to all who can catch this show do so, several dates to catch Luke in the USA.

I've never seen Luke but saw Frampton in his Heyday.

Yes stayed til the end, When Frampton asked how many people were from Oklahoma or Texas he got an overwhelming answer from the majority of the crowd ...Texas!!! His response to that was pretty funny...

Luke appeared to enjoy jamming with Frampton.
