Thanks for not simply referring to the band as "Dave" as so many up here do. My conversations when someone refers the band as "Dave" usually go something as follows:

"Hey, are you gonna go see Dave this weekend?"
- Dave who?
"Dave Matthews"
- Do you mean the band?
"Yeah, a bunch of us are going to see Dave on Saturday and Sunday, wanna go?"
- No, I can't stand all the fights between the dirty smelly hippies and the preppies and the jocks, who then decide to riot together and burn couches in the Hartford streets until they get gassed by the cops. On a sidenote, why do you keep calling him Dave, is he your friend?
