Luke signing my Luke!

Hey everyone - I don't post here often, but a few fellow MusicMan players told me I should share these pictures with you, so I hope you all enjoy them!

I've met a lot of musicians the "real" way, so I was a little ambivalent about paying $125 for a "VIP" meet & greet experience. Turns out that all the Toto guys were very cool and I don't regret it for a minute. The guitar that I've always referred to as "the guitar of my dreams" is now complete!

One more thing: I debated about where I should have Luke sign it - there's a thread here called "Where does Luke sign a Luke?", but in the end I talked it over with Luke. He would've signed it anywhere, but he recommended below the bridge, so... uh... who am I to argue with Steve Lukather?!?!? Regardless, I'm VERY pleased.

Thanks, guitarp77! This guitar was everything I ever wanted: Blue Pearl, matching headstock, piezo bridge, and of course all the stuff that makes a Luke awesome, but I never dreamed I'd have it signed by the MAN! I'd say it's value increased, but who cares, because I'm never selling it! It's now officially priceless.

Yes, they have - Luke speaks frequently of how he is in the best shape ever, physically, mentally, and spiritually, and Joseph Williams has really slimmed down. Man, you should hear him sing! Screaming those high notes! Get the 35th Anniversary DVD when it comes out next spring.

I'm a big fan of signed guitars - and prefer exactly that spot because it doesn't get rubbed there - looks great in silver too!
