I did a search and didn't find anything about the previously- but I've been on a Lukather kick while waiting for my new LIII to arrive and came across this. It's great!!

I love that Valley Arts Custom. I still remember being 13 and saving my money to buy that video and watch him shred with that guitar and his rack. Like I said before, I'd love to an EBMM version of that guitar. Beautiful quilt and gold hardware.

I assume he took everything he liked about that guitar and put it into the modern EBMM Luke. And talk about finishes on these Luke's MM has been doing - man some beautiful tops! I think I've seen gold hardware- just no Floyd. But from what I understand the MM trem stays in tune very well- I know it would be hard to top a double locking trem... I picked up a cool technique that I've never tried from that video as well. He does it in the Rosana solo example- where you bend with your 3rd finger and while its bent hammer on with with pinky on the bent note- cool! Never thought of that. That you Mr. Lukather!
