Question Luke string gauge

Someone have tried 11/52 set ?

is the nut was ok or needs some adjust?

Frankly speaking I doubt you can use 52 without enlarging the slot on your E string

i just want to test theses gauge
but if i've to adjust the nuts i don't do that

i love 9/42 they are easy to play but sometimes they haven't a lot of "body"

Why don't you try 10s first? Makes a huge difference in tone and no changes need to be made to the nut.

I'll second that and you can even try a 9-46 which is a good mix of 9 and 10 gauge
