Hey guys.

I've got a problem with the tremolo on my Luke II.

I can tune the guitar i standard 440 hz. but when I use the wangbar the problem
starts. It won't stay in tune!

Example: an E-note -> wangbar going down = d#
an E-note -> wangbar going up = F

What's the problem?! The springs looks fine to me. Could it be because I've adjusted the string action with the trussrod/wheel? :(

Sounds like binding in the nut. Are you using standard strings? DId you upsize or something?

Just a thought. At anyrate, customer service is def. the way to go.

I've been thinking about the possibility about binding in the nut. But the strings
doesn't "pling" when I'm using the tremolo.

I've went by a musicstore, and the guitartech there took a look at it.
He told me, that the "knife-edges", where the tremolo rests on the 2 screws, seemed to be worn more in one side that the other.

I've got af friend who also plays a Luke II, and he has never experienced any problems. And he uses the bar a lot...
