Hi guys,

I'd like to share some photos of Luke using luke from Java Jazz Festival last week in Jakarta. He performed with Soulbob Special Edition and the show was spectacular. They also played never walk alone from luke candyman album. Steve brought the new yellowish rosewood neck BFR one and the old black sparkle with the sustainer, both sounds so beautiful. I'll try to post the video sometimes later. Robben Ford and Steve weingart was also there, really awesome. Thanks for the great show Steve!

I came to the festival only to see their show by the way.. haha.. but luckily i also saw some great performances as well in the festival. Allen Hinds performance on the day before this show was also a great one!

sorry for the grainy pictures, my G9 camera can't go lower than f 2.8 for this show, so i had to push with iso 800 to get the maximum sensitivity.

please enjoy..

Great pics! LOVE that BFR he's playing.

I'm surprised MM hasn't brought back the black sparkle as a color option for the Luke. Seems like it would be a pretty good seller since it's so associated with Mr. Lucious.

Thanks for the video Rob and thank you for the replies guys. It was indeed a great show.

I also noticed that he didn't bring his bradshaw effects set and the CAE amplifiers. Just couples of pedals on his foot.. but the sound was really .. really great.. i am actually prefer this set up of him compared with the complete cae one.

Btw have anyone noticed what is the delay pedal on the video in japan?and what are those three boss pedal on the most left side? I see that he also replaced the boss pedal volume with ernie ball one.

Regards,

I read in another forum that that was a rented Marshall DSL 50.

He's testing out Providence pedals, as the video's title says. I think the delay is a Providence one. Not using the CAE + rack stuff as it's too expensive to fly it overseas.
