LUKE with twin hummers

I posted this in the ebay thread, so that's where the auction listing is. But I thought you might find this interesting. This is a pic of a blue LUKE that may have been owned by Michael Landau (who knows) and the neck pup area has been routed out for a humbucker, hence it's kind of unusual. Since it's being sold the original pickups are back in the guitar, and the neck pup is mounted on a plate.

Yeah, I read the auction but couldn't actually see where he said it was owned by Landau.

He mentions "I asked the owner what was the deal" and said he has other vintage gear for sale by Landau and others, but didn't actually say it was his. Who knows.

It's true, might not have been owned by Landau. I amend my statement.
It's the first twin hummer capable Luke I've seen. I guess it's worth the grand they're asking.

My guess is it was to match the look of the neck humbucker when it was installed, because it had a ring.
