They tend to be as rare as rockin horse s**t in the UK I'm afraid. However, plenty of dealers can order one direct from the UK distributor, Strings and Things. He'll probably need a deposit to do so though. I do know some shops occasionally advertise Lukes but they are Luke Blue 90% of the time. Other colours are pretty rare. I've only come across Teal and Blue Pearl otherwise.

New prices for Luke II's are pretty scary in the UK you may wanna check out used ones ? 
The last two I found were £799 at Coda-Music and £899 from Sounds Great but I think they may have gone now.
There's a German shop/trader got one on eBay with a buy it now for £999, if you're not in a hurry you'll get a used one cheaper eventually
