What type of pickups are in the luke3 neck and middle positions?

Custom ones made just for Luke. I asked Dimarzio what pickups are the closest that they offer and their response was:
"The pickups in the neck and middle are very similar to the Injector neck model"
Also, be aware that on some guitars you would have to order the Injector pickup without the flange so that the pickup will fit. You would need to change the 25k vol. and tone controls to be 500k controls for passive.
Changing the pups out in my Luke II is becoming pretty high on my priority list so I've been researching what to do. I just freaking wish that Dimarzio would let me buy the ones in the Luke III. So stupid that you can't. Hey Dimarzio, here is my money. Take it for a pair of those Luke single coils. Oh wait, you don't want my money, well so be it. Maybe I won't go with Dmarzio at all. Hey Dimarzio peeps if I pay you some extra dough for the pups would you still deny me?
I'm pretty sure that there should be a way for someone to make available a pickup that is being put in many,many guitars. I don't get that at all.

I don't know the deal, but it may be that they're just for EBMM, like the Axis pickups. E.g. developed in conjunction with a specific manufacturer, so they're only offered on the specific guitars and not available aftermarket. That's not an uncommon practice.

They are indeed only for EBMM, Dimarzio told me that themselves, but man is it a bummer because I want to throw them in a EBMM guitar. I'd love to put the single coils from the Luke III in my koa Luke. Those single coils are completely bad ass in the Luke III. Once again, here is my dough, take it and give me some of those bad boys. I guess the Injector is the next closest thing but it is still a bummer.
