Pretty much the title. When switching to piezo all strings sound but the high E, no sound at all. I just noticed this and not sure when happened since I don't usually play with piezo.

Ideas?:confused::confused:

Contact them, most likely they have to change the saddle and it is under warranty. Sometimes they go south, it is a delicate part.

Hi all!

Thank you I have already contacted them. Probably they will need to replace the saddle. It is good that the guitar is under warranty and they can take care of it but at the same time it breaks my heart to be away from my PN for probably a couple of weeks.

I recorded a video also if someone would like to see but it's pretty much what I already said: no sound coming through the high E piezo. Imgur: The magic of the Internet
