I have new electronics coming from EBMM that will hopefully solve the problem with the Piezo not working. Has anyone else had a problem with the preamp board causing Piezo problems? I’m hoping it’s not the bridge.
 
Hi, I also have a problem with piezo... quite similar... I have a problem with the piezo pickup on my JP6 2015 BFR guitar. While playing something starts to disturb the signal, periodically popping, crackling , like when you break a cable.. This problem is only in the combined mono/piezo input. In the input for magnetic pickups this problem is not there at all, so it's only in the combined piezo/magnet input. I bought the guitar second hand so I can't return it but it was fine when I tried it. :/ I've uploaded a video of it, here's the link:
