I just saw Dream Theater live last night and they were absolutely incredible! I was fortunate enough to be front row and got a couple decent videos That I will try to post soon. I have 15 second clips already posted on instagram here: Instagram

The Majesty looks absolutely stunning under the stage lights and seeing it in action is making the wait that much more excruciating. I do have to say that the Arctic Dream was definitely my favorite finish, it took on many different colors under all the lights and it it looked absolutely incredible! My second favorite color was the Iced Crimson which was surprising for me. I don't usually dig red guitars but this one is such a loud red. You really have to see it in person to understand this color. If you want a show stopper this guitar is for you. It's color really pops when the lights come on, it's almost hypnotizing... I almost had regrets on not ordering it that color.

But really, they are all really fantastic in their own right. He exclusively used the Majesty that night and showcased the full arsenal Majesty guitars. Being a huge fan of not only John Petrucci but EBMM guitars, it was really nice having the opportunity to see them all.

The sustain the Majesty has is unbelievable and just the overall tone of the guitar is so, so amazing! It sounds so lively and you can tell that JP is really having a good ol time playing it.

I'm loving the rosewood 13 I just got in but I'm expecting a bit of magic in my hands when I play the majesty... It looks like what guitars in my dreams look like xD

I might've just ordered 2 majesty's but I anticipate the RW neck will hold it's value better- and I have a Arctic Dream 7 on order >< CANT WAIT!

I believe that's not the real pic of the guitar but then I watched a close up on a 6 stringer on youtube, it really doesn't have the Majesty written on it. More of a reason why I'm dying to get the 7 string!

I think that the 6 strings and 7 strings that were up at NAMM, as well as the 6 and 7 strings that JP has been using live are missing the Majesty logo on the headstock because they were all made before the decision to put the logo on for the final product was put into place. That's my guess.

well damn it, i'm going to want it the way Petrucci has his. :(

edit: looking at the stock photos on the music-man.com website it looks to be that there isn't "Majesty" written on the headstock.

"Majesty" likely appears on the 7 string headstock and not on the 6 purely because there's more room on the headstock of the 7 due to it being longer, and having a wider fretboard.

Personally, I could go either way. If I had to buy a Majesty now I'd probably go 7 string in Arctic Dream, or whatever fancy title they have for "White" :p

Yeah, like I said it's cool. I think it looks too cluttered at the headstock now but, that's just my taste. The logo is fantastic. I love that text.

2- the conjecture I've heard that the majesty inlay looks like a sticker seems to be true ><

I'm still buying two- IDGAF- but still >< xD
