Hi all,

When I run the output of my Majesty in stereo and split the output to two different amps should I still have to use the toggle switch to move between the two?

The reason I ask is that with my PodHD I can run two separate inputs (which is what I have done here) and wanted to use the patches on the Pod to do the mag / piezo switching for me.

The Piezo/dimarzio selector switch will work as advertised if the guitar is set up to play in stereo.

So when the guitar is in mono the switch switches between mag and piezo pickups. When in stereo and used with a stereo cable the following occurs: piezo cable - switch does piezo on / off (no sound). With mag cable - switch does mag on / off (no sound).

I.e when running a stereo cable I still need to use the switch?

Whether you are running a mono or stereo cable, the upper switch (the one on the horn of the guitar) will select between piezo only, piezo and mags, and magnetics only. However, if your pod has two different inputs and it can select which input is active on each preset, you can leave the toggle on the Majesty in the middle position and the pod will do the switching.
