Are you Majesty owners able to leave your trem arm in place when the guitar is in the case? Mine hits the lid and depresses, unless there is an angle to put it I am not finding?

I am. There's a cutout in the lid for the bar, however, you can't just put it in any position (for example, if the bar is pointing away from the headstock, the lid will hit the bar). I leave mine parallel to the neck, pointing towards the headstock, and the lid closes fine (at least I haven't noticed any pressure from the bar when closing the lid, and I don't slam the lid shut either, I close it gently). Hope it helps! Will try to take/find a picture to post tomorrow if it helps you.

I never took my trem arm off; there's a cutout if you have it toward the headstock/volume knob area; just look at the top part of the case :)

The hard shell case allows for the term arm to be left on with no impact. I sometimes put mine in a a gig bag with the arm on. It naturally gets depressed but I can't imagine it would hurt anything. Always comes out of the bag in the same state of tune it went in there.
