Then you clearly haven't spent much time here.I've never once had EBMM stand up and take care if a customer if they could at all weasle out if it.
I've seen EBMM go over and above to take care of countless customers when they didn't have to (including me, before I'd spent much time here).
Whatever issues you're having, this forum isn't the place for you to repeatedly vent. Take it up with them directly.
