Make serial Sterling bridge-humbucker (HH, HS) sound like parallel

Hi there. Not sure if this is of value, but it might be intersting for some of you who love and play their Sterling HH or HS and sometimes miss the parallel bridge-humbucker sound of the single H model.
I found out that using a simple Enhancer effect pedal (e.g. the Enhancer in the Boss GT10-B) can change the sound of the bridge humber (Position 1, both coils wired in series) so that it comes close to the sound of the parallel wired humbucker.
In fact it is only (selectable) bass and treble frequencies that are boosted whilst the mids are cut. You can achieve similar results by just rolling down the mids of the onboard EQ while boosting the treble (not necessarily the bass) but I feel that the Enhancer pedal comes closer and can even be fine-tuned to get a sound that reminds me of the 2-Band Stingray.

That will help. The difference between series and parallel can usually be overcome by eq. It will not be exact but you can come close.

On my Sterling 5HS I fount that the center switch position sounds a bit more like a parallel SR with the neck pickup set as low as the screws will allow.
