Has anyone tried the MB super synth? Looks interesting. Curious about results. Sorry if this was discussed before, did a search but found nothing. Thanks, John

Best synth pedal ever. Why? Because it actually sounds like a synth, instead of a bass with distortion on it. I have a crazy track I used this thing for that I will post when I get back home tonight. It will trip u out. The supersynth also interfaces with your mac so you can totally tweak up new presets and save them back to your pedal. Can't speak highly enough of this little gadget and believe it or not, even in Nashville, I use this thing quite a bit.

I love my Markbass Super Synth. I use it in church for violin sounds. The tracking is solid and the interface is easy to use.

B-Day today. My gift to myself was the pedal..... Had a 10% off coupon I got with the new flyer from GC. What more could you ask for. Seems like the best gifts I get are always the ones I buy. Go figure!!!!!!!

sorry im a little late on this, but here is that tune i was telling you about where i just went absolutely out of control rockin that markbass supersynth. it kind of started as a joke to A.) see if i could just totally freak the writers out, which is always good fun.. and or B.) basically get myself fired, so i could work on my stuff that day instead. after i worked on the synth tones for a few i actually started to like the parts i was coming up with, so i just gave it full monty, hahah. as fate would have it, i never did a real version of this thing, but here is the ruff mix of "my idea for their country song" its got a bunch of bad notes but ive heard it this way so many times now, i like the bad notes too! i cant figure out why i never ever heard back from them..

Craig - that rocks. I used to use a Sequential Circuits synth for bass lines in an 80s band and that just nailed how it used to sound. Your riffs always inspire me, even all fuzzy fat like that one.

Thanks Craig, that was awesome. Sounds like a finished piece to me. That bass background, so subtle but there. The dynamics stood out. I absolutely loved it. Thanks again, John

Awesome tune Craig, like it a lot!
And I agree with the good folks above, that pedal seems to be a must-have - oh well.

To me the notes/ riffs your playing have more than just a hint of Stevie wonder, love it, makes the song sparkle.

The tracking sound really class too. I loved my syb pedal but the tracking always sucked and it never had tones like that.
Cheers for putting it up man

Craig...lol....man, that is just good fun! I love the melodic lines you put in there. Man...if they changed the sound of the other instruments to match the bass I think that would be a winner!! :) Very nice!!

That pedal looks very cool. On the downside...crap, I feel the g.a.s. coming on!!
