Matching headstock

I purchased a 2006 SR5 HH off ebay and it is a beauty but I only wish it came with matching headstock. Does anybody know if I can send the neck back to EB to do matching headstock pain job

first off congrats...

as far as repairs or warranty goes anything you send to MM will only come back to you with the same options as it left the factory. no neck swaps, paint change etc...

now for getting a headtstock paintjob on used bass... im just guessing but id guess its probably not gonna happen. i think ive read that they dont wanna toss refins into the mix and mess with scheduled production.

might as well give them a call for the final word but i think its not a possibilty (but i dont work there so i could totally b wrong)
