Hey boys, I just got back from Jimi's house, he's a real wiz on the ax and he's really intelligent, but then again a doorknob is intelligent next to me...
Anyway we traded EBMM's today, I got his Silo Special and he got my Axis Sport, and let me tell you as soon as I got home I lowered the action and man she played like FIRE! HOT! Sounds ripping to Jimi, thanks, I think we're both happy...Jimi's a good man. So now I have a new love...Silo's. I think I am more comfortable with Silos than with the Axis...Thanks JimiD!

I just wanted to make it clear that Raz's talking about guitars here - I haven't even met his wife! ;)

It was nice to finally meet face-to-face Raz - I'm glad you're happy with the Sil. Spec.; the Axis is cool too! Raz is no fretboard slouch by a long shot, and I think we're both looking forward to when I get my move (and all these stupid boxes!) out of the way so we can get together again with some real gear instead of just taking turns noodling through my Trademark 10...

You know, this was the first thing that popped into my head, and if I had not read Razmatazz's post in the "Look at Me" thread, I would have had some raised eyebrows.

If you dig that stuff though, I guess...hey, to each their own, I always say. :p

OK, I'm stopping...before I get myself into trouble. :D

Dirk, you better be nice...my wife's small, but she's crazy tough! Can you not feel the fear in me when I announce that I may be looking for a new ax!

I'm Dirk now, huh? :)

Yeah, bro...we see it..."psst...I'm looking at a new EBMM" -- you're very hush hush about it. :p

You must have learned about this the hard way...I'll leave it there, Razbollah. :)

Nice one!

The sil spec is a wicked guitar!

How do you like it against the SUB's?

Well I am the worst guy whan it comes to comparing, I would have to go and try them out, with the process of evaluating, but I seem to love what ever is in my hands at the time. I will say though, that the Silo is extremly comfortable to play, so it has become my everyday pick up and play guitar. The Subs, while I love them aren't as compfy...oh I guess I just answered your question, sort of...
