Just found these last night when searching through pics for the other thread. It's 2 vids recorded on a cellphone while we were recording a couple of covers for fun w/bumblefoot and drummer dennis leaflang. You've got to adjust the brightness on your mpeg player or ya won't see much...

First vid is I think an excellent example of what a Bongo sounds like when ya slap it. And how Bbft can make things difficult in the studio.

Second vid shows a trick I use to get my fingers to slide nicely on the strings (gotta watch closely) and also further demonstrates how some people can make the studio experience harder than it should be.

Hope you enjoy.

I like your crisp slap tone in that first one, works together with the rest of the music really well.

I like that, but the video quality isn't great, too dark and I can't see what you are doing.

Yeah - I mentioned that above. You have to brighten your mpeg player (it's easy with mediaplayer) or you won't see much. Cellphone technology is gettin better, but it ain't totally there yet. Dick Tracy would have been impressed. Oh no - that was like a cordial invitation to Steve.
