That white one is sweeeeeeeeet!

That's why I suggested to Bassplayr (back when he was asking, in some other thread) that he should order one in this color for his store. It's just an amazing eye grabber.

Providence is about an hour from where I am. Though I've never been there, I'd like to make a trip there sometime to just check it out.

They always seem to have a pretty good selection. The Teal Pearl Luke was auctioned off on EvilBay a few months ago.

Plain whites a little to clean for me, through some sparkle in there and I'm loven it.

You don't see too many Medallion gold ones, but did you check out the Lava Pearl, it looks like it's a redish orange color. I'd like to see that one up close.

There's a picture of Petrucci's son holding a Sparkle White JP guitar over on David Rodgers .. you can get your sparkle fix here!

I wonder what's up with that neck pickup, and the few extra black dots (hardware?) on the body?

My AL looks sweet in White Sparkle, very nice, very clean. My wife was commenting last night that she was really glad that I got it. :D

I called to check the price on one of the JP's they have in stock and although it has all of the options, I thought it was a bit more than I'm wanting to spend right now. Gorgeous guitar though.

Andrew,

If you can endure the wait, you might check into ordering a JP from another dealer. I don't want to broadcast pricing here, but let me say that I've seen prices vary significantly from dealer to dealer. So, check around a little before you decide for certain that something is too pricey. ;)

Thanks for the heads up steve. I've got a fretless Bongo on order right now so I'm already involved in the waiting game, but I am giving serious consideration to buying my first music man guitar.

Looks like a fernades sustainer is the neck position.

Scott.

Glenn,

I had a guy send me some pretty good shots of Lava Pearl. Check out the gallery on my site. :)

Dave, thanx for the pictures. I'd still like to see the color in person, I seem to losing something in all of the pictures that I see. It looks more red, but I bet in person it's more orange or looking at it at a certain angle.

Thanx again, Glenn |B)

RUSH - that was me!
BTW good luck with your EBMMJPs - silver sparkle one and sapphire black one. I have to say that it's too much bad luck :-(
BTW2: I almost bought one in Sapphire Black from a guy from JP forum. I had an offer for Lava Pearl too. Finally I made other deal and now I am waiting for my Carbon Blue Pearl fully loaded :D I think I should get it in about 1 month. Can't wait :)
