On a side note, if any kind person fancied buying some of those cheeeeeeap strings for me, i'd be happy to pay them the cost and postage My last set cost me £26, that's about $40-$50 USD i think...

Wow, was I lucky to see this post! I actually have tickets for their show that night (although I'm honestly more interested in 'Zappa Plays Zappa'). If I can get off work I'll have to stop by (could use new strings too!). This will be at Beller's off Main St?

It was a blast. The Dubaldo's continue to be the best little shop I've ever been to. What a nice family. And it was a pleasure meeting JP, JM, Protochicken (Jonah) and Mrs Protochicken, Lou (well, Lou). Even John Denner made an appearance who was a very nice guy.
