Ahhh nice. One of the early, all rosewood neck, runs.
Now…about the p/u and color configuration…can't wait to see more.

Congrats and welcome to the LIII Camp.

Thanks! Yup, it's a vintage sunburst L3 with an all rosewood neck. I fell in love with the look of the body finish/neck combo. And of course the sound and playability matches the beauty of the looks of this guitar. :) It's my first Luke3, and my third Ball (already have a JP12 and a JP6).

Nice catch! :) How are you liking the neck being a JP player before, is it more comfy with the smaller radius?

I'm loving the neck of the Luke III. Reminds me of playing a Fender Strat. I don't want to say that one guitar is comfy over the other. I guess some folks feel that way. To me all the guitars I have are comfy or I wouldn't keep them. ;) Sure the necks on the JP and Luke (including my Ibbys) feel different. But even though they feel different, I still find their necks comfortable.
