I did a couple of searches and couldn't find an answer to this question, my apologies if it is common knowledge.

Are the parts (specifically, necks and bodies) interchangeable between the EBMM SUBs and Stingrays? For example, if I wanted to put a Stingray neck onto a SUB body, will it fit properly?

Thanks in advance!

Yes it will. The subs dont have body contours but they are routed like a classic stingray. Electronics are exactly the same too. Subs are basically classic stingrays with ugly paint.

I was 99% sure that this was the case already, but it is good to hear from someone else that they believe this to be true.

Now, does anyone have any actual experience with doing swapping of parts (in particular, necks and bodies) between the USA SUB line and the Stingrays?

The question is why would you do this? The only good reason that i can think of is that you would have 1 with a broken neck and 1 with a broken body....

I've got a buddy who has a fretless SR neck but no body to go with it, and was wondering if he could do some neck swapping with a (fretted) SUB bass.
