I found the middle position on the special (front+bridge tap coil PU) kind of weak in volume. I know that this is normal in 2/4 positions on strat style guitars, but on the special I found this middle position the weakest and dullest of all the three "in the mid" positions. Plus I kind of miss the pure middle pickup sound (wich I use often on strats).

Would it be hard to rewire the middle position to play only the middle pickup (I don't care about the silent circuit btw)?? I would I do it?

thanks :D

Yep, you can re-wire it like that. You'll need to unsolder a few wires to make it happen, but it's not rocket science.

First step is to contact EBMM CS and get a wiring diagram. Have a look at it and see. In addition to watching which pickups are wired to the middle switch position ("3"), you'll also want to make sure the yellow wire (from the Silent Circuit) isn't grounded in the middle ("3") position so it cuts the noise when you're using that pickup on it's own.

If you need a hand, feel free to give me a buzz.
