I called my favorite MM dealer and requested an order for an LIII HH in black that was around 7 Lbs or lighter.
I have 2 herniated discs in my thoracic spine, so even a 9 pound Les Paul hurts after 20 minutes.
The heaviest in the Morse at 8 LBS.
Everything else is between 6.6 and 7.9 LBS, hence they are my main guitars because It has been easy to find light weight guitars, plus I like the tone of lighter guitars.
Any chance a light piece of alder can be pulled out for me ?
The dealer said I would just have to wait until one came in in my range, but the closest I saw was 7.6 LBS and by the time I went to hit pay now it was gone.
Willing to fly to SLO and be a man servant to Big Poppa for a few days, then Dudley.
