Hello everybody

I'm in the UK. I have a mint, as new 4-string fretless Stingray for sale. Body = Pearl Lavender, fingerboard = Pau Ferro. Serial number = E12423. EBMM confirm that it was made Feb 23rd 2000 and "most likley the only one like this we ever made" How rare is that?!

It went direct from EBMM to a shop in the UK where it was on display until I bought it last month. I've noodled with it fewer than 10 times in the bedroom - it has never been rehearsed or gigged or played in a band setting. It still has the protective plastic on the pickguard! Technically, it's "used" but to all intents and purposes it's "as new". Uniques, pristine and gorgeous. I keep taking it out of its case and gazing wistfully at it, wishing I could get to like the classic 'Ray tone. But, realistically, I'm more of a P-tone man, given that I'm playing soul/motown. Breaks my heart.

If you want a piece of Stingray history, this could be yours! Comes with original MM hardcase and I'm very happy to ship internationally at buyer's expense (It will be VERY well packed - don't worry).

Price = open to offers around $1700

Drop me an email at [email protected] Good photos vailable via email, no problem.

Thanks,

Steve

Hi,

Yes, I'm aware of that, having already "bothered to look". I posted the ad. on there (at least I thought I did), but it doesn't seem to be there. Thanks for your helpful advice and guidance.
