I really think these guitars have that something special.

As this is a 2 HB guitar, is there an option to retro fit 3 SC's or HB, SC SC with a new scratchplate?

Quick question for those familiar with the AL's. Is it possible to get pretty low action on these with the 10 inch radius? I know it wouldn't be as low as I can get my JP's, but I'm just curious as to how low one can get these to go?

Yes - I'd be interested in this. I'm always GASSing for seafoam and now MM has done it at last. I already have an AXIS/EVH tho so hard to justify this guitar in the current climate. However, if I could get some single coils into it, this could make me sell my strat; justification solved.

So, is it a big oblong cavity under there or not?

Cheers,
Steve

I would tend to doubt it, they usually route for the pup configuration, but we'll have to wait and see what Dargin or BP have to say.

also, not sure mahogany will work with SSS configuration but interesting to try

Yes - good point. Hadn't thought of that.
Don't really know what confounding effect the whole rosewood neck would have either though.

choices, choices!

Fing, a little excited about this one? So, if it comes down to this one or a 3H version, which one would you go with?
