Played it for two hours today.
Features: Metal grille. Two recessed handles like the Fender 810. Built in wheels for tilt back movement. Carpet laid so tight it looks like Tolex. Accepts Speakon or 1/4" plugs. Cannot be "split" ala SVT. You get 8X10 or nothing. As per Aggie: Eminence drivers with lighter magnets (30ish) and MDF wood. The weight is okay for an 810 I guess. I pulled it up to my music room @ the second floor (14 steps) all by myself (remember I'm the guy who whined about my heavy Stingray) without even breathing hard.
Sound: It's on the hi fi or modern side of the scale despite the lack of a tweeter. The cab closely matched my SWRs after a bit of EQ tweaking. The MM preamp comes in very useful here to control the cab's thunder (103 dB eff). I couldn't stress the Aggie with my Ray's vol dimed and the SVT 4 Pro @ max gain and 12:00master. Just clean and very loud bass. Inserting a Sansamp GT2 for grit and rolling off the treble at switch position 5 on the Ray gets very close to my idea of a classic rock sound.
This thing is screaming for a big tube amp (eh.. more GAS).
Anyway, again, Aggie quality @ a Behringer price.
