MM-90 Pickup question

For the MM-90 pickups, are the three wires coil +, Coil - and baseplate shield?
So if I swapped a pickup, I would need a three conductor setup as described above to keep the silent circuit?

The Silent Circuit connects to the ground (not shield) of any pickup. So it'll work with pretty much any pickup.
