MM Caprice barrel jack

I am having a problem with the barrel jack of my caprice which i need to replace.

However, when I unscrewed it i notice that it has two hot prongs and one ground prong, three wires in total?! It seems that it is factory soldered.

Diagrams published on website show that caprice jaks is mono, but it looks to me that this one is stereo.

what is the proper replacement jack?

Sometimes they will use a stereo barrel jack, as they often hold onto the cable end better.
